A 21-year-old male was observed driving a yellow Chevrolet Montecarlo, racing a white Honda Accord, reaching speeds in excess of 100 mph.
A traffic stop was conducted on the Chevrolet, in the area of westbound SR-152, at Road 12 Thursday.
The driver displayed signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was placed under arrest for DUI. The Honda did not stop, and continued westbound.
