My family likes to hold an Easter get-together every year, although for various reasons, I am not always able to attend.
My mom enjoys having a couple of main dishes, such as marinated and grilled leg of lamb and a ham. One of my nephews dearly loves ham, and since his mom tends to serve mostly vegetarian food, he eagerly looks forward to Easter dinner at Grandma’s house. Sometimes (when I am able to attend, I offer to make marinated and grilled Cornish game hens.
