The Madera County Cattlemen’s Association will host its annual dinner at the Encore Event Center (1187 S. Granada Drive), and honor individuals who have supported the cattle industry.
The dinner will be held on October 17 with hosted cocktails at 5 p.m. and dinner at 6:30. Ticket reservations can be made by contacting the Madera County Farm Bureau.
The Cattlemen’s Association will be honoring Cecil and Chris Hillman as Cattlemen of the Year. The Cowboy of the Year will be Sparky Phil. And, the Friend of the Madera County Animal Industry will be given to Anne Deniz.
The Cattlemen will also be honoring its five scholarship recipients.
