The last time the Matilda Torres Toros football team was in this situation, they didn’t come through a fell one game short of the Central Section championship game.

This time, the Toros got the two-point conversion they needed to defeat the Shafter Generals, 43-42, Friday night in the Div. IV semifinal game. However, it came with some controversy.
