Soroptimist International of Madera will have a Crab Feed on Saturday, February 22, at Madera District Fair’s Hatfield Hall. The event begins at 5 p.m. Tickets are available for $75 and may be purchased from any Soroptimist member, or call Karan Long at 559-696-8990.
The Crab Feed features a silent auction, dessert auction and a raffle for many wonderful prizes. There will be a masseuse available for complementary neck and back massages. The event is usually packed, and Soroptimist looks forward to seeing a great crowd again this year.
Proceeds from the event support many charitable works in the community. The club annually gives scholarships for the girls in our local high schools. Last year, a total of $15,000 was given in scholarships.
