Madera County Sheriff’s Office, with the support of the United States Marshals Service, executed a search warrant at a residence on Phillip Way in the community of Tesoro Viejo on Thursday morning at about 8 a.m.
The operation targeted a wanted individual and potential firearms located at the residence. A male juvenile suspect was taken into custody without incident. He faces multiple charges, including assault with a machine gun on a peace officer and resisting arrest.
In addition, 35-year-old Elizabeth Green, a Madera resident, was arrested after MADSET (Madera County Special Enforcement Team) Detectives discovered evidence of identity theft during the investigation.
