Serving the heart of California since 1892

No one left behind

Veterans’ Voices is directed toward veterans and their families who have given so much to ensure our freedom in this country. This is an area where you may share your experiences, or read of other veterans’ experiences. We thank you for your service, and hope that you know how much you are loved and appreciated.

I was pondering the other day about why I am so interested in helping my fellow veterans. I think It is Vets helping Vets.

Military service fosters a sense of camaraderie and trust between service members that continues after the military service is complete. I want to help a brother or sister in arms and want to go above and beyond to assist because of this bond.

Helping a fellow vet is a win-win situation. I think that if help a fellow Vet, I gain a sense of satisfaction and the knowledge that I have made a difference.
