After hundreds of football games, track meets and soccer matches, the Memorial Stadium of the present will be no longer.
Construction will begin Monday on the modernization of Memorial Stadium that is expected to last 18 months.
According to Madera Unified School District Director of Athletics Marty Bitter the plan is to have the stadium ready to go for the fall 2027 football season.
