It is less than two weeks away from Madera Sunrise Rotary’s annual Trees for Charity on December 7.
The Madera Linkage Foundation will be one of the organizations participating in this special event, and they are hoping to raise funds through the auction of their unusual tree.
Madera Linkage Foundation is a nonprofit organization that works to support Madera Unified students. The funds raised by this organization help clubs such as FFA, Madtown Robotics, and Project Run Madera. The organization partners with LEO’s, a club for young people who are a part of the Lion’s Club family. With the LEO’s, Linkage Foundation purchases shoes, socks and jackets for their neediest students, and they help fund innovative ideas for staff to impact students and schools.
