The Madera County Arts Council (MCAC) announced the appointment of Marcel Bourdase, MPA, CAE, as the Interim Executive Director, effective immediately.
Bourdase brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership, administration and community engagement, His expertise in organizational management will be invaluable as MCAC continues to promote and support the arts in Madera County.
Bourdase is replacing Jim Kocher, who served as the Executive Director for the past four-plus years. Kosher provided exceptional leadership while successfully navigating the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. His strategic vision and dedication have been instrumental in setting up MCAC for future success.
