Letters: Revitalization is not money

I agree with Mr. Wieland’s question on downtown revitalization. Sadly, we know the answer.

This money will be spent. There will be more to come.

We tried, once before. Tried to make it look like Clovis. False fronts. Cut the sidewalks, put in trees.
