We are Madera County Master Gardeners who provided a floriculture display at the fair.
All of our 30 trees and plants were lent to us by Intermountain Nursery in Prather.
They were very helpful in providing information on the uses of these plants by the indigenous people.
The nursery is a wonderful source of drought-tolerant and native plants. The owner and employees went out of their way to share their expertise. If you are interested, in these types of plants, you should visit this nursery.
