The Matilda Torres Toros looked a little lethargic going into the halftime break against the Fresno Warriors.
The Toros found themselves in a 10-point hole at the half. After halftime adjustments, and a little yelling at, the Toros woke up in the second half, outscoring Fresno 30-11 for a 42-33 victory Tuesday at Torres.
The Toros forced 18 second half turnovers, including 11 in a pivotal third quarter swing that saw the Toros trailing 22-12 at the half to lead 33-28 heading into the fourth.
