A public candidate forum for those seeking positions in District 4 and District 5 on the Madera Unified School District Board of Trustees will be held beginning at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at the Madera County Library, 121 N. G St.
Participating candidates will be Phil Huerta and Joetta Flores Fleak in District 4, and Lucy Salazar and Steve Duncan in District 5.
The forum will be sponsored and conducted by the Madera Coalition for Community Justice.
