Firearm found in traffic stop

Madera Police Officer Nick Aguilar conducted a traffic stop in the area of B and E streets where he contacted Domingo Scalise.

Scalise was found in possession of a concealed firearm.

Scalise was not the registered owner, and he is not a concealed weapons permit holder. His felony convictions actually prohibit him from owning a firearm.
