The Madera Police Department is aware of a post circulating social media labeled as an attempted kidnapping.
The PD has contacted those involved in the video, and has determined there wasn’t an attempt to take any child, nor was there any crime that occurred.
The PD appreciates the community’s interest and desire to assist the department’s efforts with ensuring the safety of our citizens.
