Chowchilla knows how to celebrate, and a great celebration it was, as the City of Chowchilla held its Roaring 20s Centennial Dinner Celebration at the Chowchilla Fairgrounds in Eastman Hall.

The theme was “Take Me Back in Time,” and many attendees were dressed in attire such as was worn in the 1920s.

The evening began with a No Host Bar, presented by Chowchilla Rotary, and the proceeds were donated to the Chowchilla Animal Shelter. During this hour before the program began, the people enjoyed socializing and viewing the memorabilia displayed on tables around the room.
