This unique celebration in partnership with Comité Guelaguetza Madera promises to be a feast for the senses, featuring authentic Oaxacan cuisine, traditional entertainment, and masterful artisans showcasing their craft.

Food lovers are in for a treat as “Taste of Oaxaca” brings the regional flavors of southern Mexico to Madera. Attendees will have the opportunity to savor a variety of authentic dishes, including molé, tlayudas, and tamales, all prepared by local Oaxacan restaurants. In addition to delightful plates, guests 21 and older can enjoy Mezcal refreshments from a limited menu.
