A driver of a big rig was traveling southbound on SR-99, south of Avenue 9, in the No. 1 lane at about 11 a.m. Monday.
The driver made an unsafe turning movement, and veered to the left, and off the roadway.
The big rig collided with, went through the metal guardrail and came to rest in center median of northbound SR-99, facing south.
