The Madera Police Department responded to the 300 block of South I Street on November 1 where a juvenile was reportedly assaulted by two unidentified adult males while riding an electric scooter.
The victim was able to ride away from the suspects as they fled the scene in an unidentified white van. This case remains under investigation.
