California Highway Patrol Madera officers responded to a roll-over crash involving a yellow McLaren on Business Route 41, near Root Creek Road.

The vehicle overturned onto its roof and caught on fire with two occupants trapped inside at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday.

Thanks to the quick response from the Madera County Sheriff’s Office, CHP, Madera County Cal Fire and American Ambulance, both occupants were extricated prior to the vehicle becoming fully engulfed.
