The building on Sunset that used to be a gym looks very bad now. Copper is being stripped from the sides of the structure. This is happening every night.
Now there is a big hole in the window by the front entrance. One of the windows slides open. I saw the open window one day when my husband and I drove by.
It seems that my husband and I are the only ones that see this building getting destroyed slowly as days go by. Is this an issue that Madera cannot control?
What do neighbors and residents think about this? Isn’t it bringing down the values of the houses in that neighborhood?
