The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), along with Security Paving Company, announced that the on-ramp from eastbound Avenue 12 at State Route 99 has re-opened.
Effective Immediately, The southbound on-ramp to State Route 99, from eastbound Avenue 12, in Madera County has re-opened.
The ramp had been closed since the Cottonwood Creek bridge replacement project started back in March of 2023.
