Happy New Year, one and all. The year 2023 is coming to an end, with ‘24 waiting in the wings. It’s going to be another year of being on my own with no adult supervision. It has taken getting used to, but I’m managing crisis by crisis.
New Year is when many people take stock of their lives and vow to make better decisions in the coming year. A new year brings optimism for the future when life will get better and our burdens will become lighter.
Watching television, it is saddening to see which celebrities said farewell in 2023.
