The Madera Community Hospital Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Sony Sidhu, DNP, MHA, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, as the hospital’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Dr. Sidhu brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, critical care, and hospital operations, most recently serving as CEO of Central Valley Specialty Hospital in Modesto.
Known for her focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and patient-centered care, she has led major hospital transformations, reduced employee turnover, and improved both clinical outcomes and team morale.
