Watching the casino going up and its location makes me question some things.
First thing is traffic flow. How are vehicles going to exit State Route 99, and then how are they going to enter again?
Currently the Avenue 17 ramps are able to handle it. Especially the exit for North bound 99 lanes. With Loves traffic, at times, its backed up to the 99 lanes. Work should already be underway to be ready for the casino opening.
