City to repair concrete with more concrete

Concrete is failing in sewer plant holding tanks because of exposure to hydrogen sulfide. Okay, is that something new in the sewer business?

Perhaps tanks should be built with something else, like plastic.

Now the City is going to repair them with, guess what, concrete. Yeah, same stuff that is falling out. Who is going to do the work? County road department? That’s what they do. “Patching.”

I think we should paint them with Flex Seal. Even works underwater.
