Arrest made in Riverstone theft

Madera County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a grand theft report in Riverstone after more than $4,900 worth of fencing material was stolen from a construction site on September 12.

Thanks to security cameras and Riverstone neighborhood technology, a suspect vehicle (a Toyota Tacoma) was identified. It was linked to 49-year-old Mark Holloway of Fresno, who had an active warrant for theft.

On Wednesday, Detectives, assisted by the Madera Special Enforcement Team, served a search warrant in Fresno. There, they arrested Holloway, and recovered additional stolen fencing materials valued at $1,800.
