All my life I have heard about April showers, but it was not until April of this year that I began to understand what that means. It is not necessarily about rain. It seems to me that in April, we are showered with birthdays.
This month I have tried to keep up with my birthday list, and I have to admit I have lagged behind. I just realized that in my list, April is the month with the most birthdays.
We have two April birthdays at the Tribune, Wendy and Katrina. I have a niece-in-law who has a birthday this week. Several good friends are April babies, and we have a long list of April birthdays in our church family.
