Rotary announces 2026 Boy of the Year

Madera South High School senior Pablo Giron-Lopez was named the 32nd annual Ken Taylor Boy of the Year in a ceremony dinner held Tuesday at the Madera United Methodist Church.

In his speech, Giron-Lopez thanked his family and all who have supported him. He will attend the University of California, San Diego.

“I plan to come back to Madera, hopefully, to work within the school district, and help future generations to create a positive impact that will last a lifetime,” he said.
