Madera County Sheriffs Office Deputies responded to a report of sexual assault in the Oakhurst area on September 9.
The suspect, 20-year-old Enrique Vasquez of Fowler, reportedly connected with an 18-year-old victim on the dating app Tinder.
The victim stated she was sexually assaulted more than once during their meeting.
