A member of the Madera County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Team makes an arrest on a burglary suspect after vehicles were reported broken into in the Riverstone community.

Multiple vehicle burglaries and thefts from vehicles were reported in the Riverstone community a couple of weeks ago.

Deputy Michael Cabrera, who is assigned to the area, began the investigation. With assistance from community members and surveillance systems, including neighborhood cameras, a suspect vehicle was identified as a rental out of Fresno.

The investigation was forwarded to the Madera County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Team (MADSET), who worked to locate the individual responsible.
