A few things to remember

When we meet with difficulties in our world, whether in the global context, or in an individual “world,” We can be assured there are always brighter days ahead.

I started this article right as the pandemic was coming to a close. It was a time when we were all sick of the days of separation, and were anxious to see an end to it. The schools were opening, and the businesses that survived the closures were open.

Our world seemed to have been turned upside down over the prior two years. For 24 months (and counting), our lives had involved wearing masks, distancing (aka “social distancing”) from each other, and keeping ourselves and things around us sanitized. In 2020, schools, businesses, and churches closed. Who’d have believed this would ever happen?
