When there is grumbling among us, we need to sit back and think about what is really happening. Sometimes when there is dissension, there is an underlying cause that, if identified, the parties can settle the dispute more easily.
It’s a hard thing to completely view an issue with someone else’s viewpoint. We tend to be in our own little world, and often don’t really listen to the other party.
I must say that one of my biggest pet peeves, if not the very biggest one, is someone who interrupts to tell his/her own viewpoint or story without giving me a chance to say what I start. It is very frustrating when folks don’t give me an opportunity to get a thought out.
