Supervisors recognize Chowchilla champions

Madera County’s Board of Supervisors recognized the boy’s track and field team of Chowchilla Union High School during their meeting July 8.

The 41 Expressway widening project received approval to move forward, along with the proposed ordinance change to a County Code pertaining to boating. Supervisors also received a progress update of the Multi-benefit Land Repurposing Program.

The County Board of Supervisors took time to recognize the achievements of the Chowchilla Union High School boy’s track and field team as they celebrate their win of the 2025 Northwest Conference Championship and the CIF Central Section Division 3 Championship.
