The Madera South Stallions baseball team had plenty of chances to record its second win of the season, however, the team stranded 15 runners on base in a 7-2 loss to the Immanuel-Reedley Eagles.
The Stallions had runners on base in every inning and left the bases loaded twice. They went 4-of-14 with runners in scoring position. Chris Huerta had two of his three hits with a runner in scoring position.
The Stallions and Eagles banged out 11 hits, but the Eagles took advantage of their situations, even though they also left 10 runners on base.
