After a relatively calm first half with the teams combining for 28 points, the Madera Coyotes and the San Joaquin Memorial Panthers combined for 68 second half points in a 50-46 Memorial win last week.

The Coyotes had a chance for a game-winning drive, but a fumble recovery in the end zone helped give the Panthers the victory on October 17.

The Coyotes out gained the Panthers 498-421, but couldn’t get the break they needed throughout the game.
