Madera County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Team (MADSET) conducted direct enforcement patrol in western Madera County in response to an increase of thefts in the area.
MCSO Sgt. Hernandez made a traffic stop in the area of Avenue 17/Road 18, and contacted the driver, James Graham Jr.
During a search of the vehicle, Sgt. Hernandez located, and recovered, stolen mail from 17 different victims, stolen copper wire, and tools commonly used to commit thefts.
