I was driving back from Fresno a few days ago when I got a phone call from an unidentified number.
Most of the time, I don’t answer it due to possibility of a telemarketer or a scammer. Anyway, I was bored so I answered.
After about 10 seconds of silence, (that means that they are calling hundreds of calls waiting for someone to answer so they can start talking), they said, “is this Royal Goodman?” I said, “who is this?” Then they said, “this is Agent 1543 from the IRS.”
