Their service. Our gratitude. Set in stone.
Madera County Department of Social Services will become the new home of the Bricks of Honor Veterans monument to stand as a lasting tribute and reminder, recognizing the sacrifice, courage, and commitment of those who served.
Each engraved brick helps preserve their legacy and invites our community to Honor a Veteran.
This project is dedicated to welcoming and honoring Madera’s war heroes while celebrating the Veterans Service Office as a place of advocacy, respect, and support. Each of the 250 bricks will be personalized with the Veteran’s name, branch of service, rank, and years of service or a meaningful message of honor. The cost is $100, and each contribution helps preserve their legacy and ensures their service is set in stone.
Those who are currently on active duty or an honorable discharge are also eligible to receive a brick of honor.
