DUI leads to pedestrian death
Madera Police Department officers responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision near the intersection of Yosemite Avenue and Elm Street. Officers arrived Monday evening, and found a 25-year-old male was struck by a vehicle traveling east on Yosemite Avenue. Sadly, the pedestrian succumbed to injuries sustained during the collision.
