A California Highway Patrol Madera officer surveys the scene of a solo vehicle crash on Road 600 Tuesday evening.
California Highway Patrol Madera officers responded to a solo vehicle crash on Road 600, in the area of Road 415 Tuesday evening.
During the investigation, it was determined a 28-year-old man from Raymond, was driving a 2009 Honda Accord on Road 600. The driver lost control of the vehicle, veered off the roadway and overturned, striking a tree.
The driver was determined to be under the influence, and placed under arrest for DUI. He was fortunate to survive the crash and walk out with moderate injuries.
