Toros come back for win over Stallions

In looking at the statistics, Tuesday’s volleyball match between the Madera South Stallions and the Matilda Torres Toros should have been a one-sided affair.
However, the Toros came back with wins in the fourth and fifth set for a five-set victory Tuesday to open North Yosemite League play.
The Stallions outhit the Toros 41-28. The Stallions had four hitters with seven or more kills. Meanwhile, the Toros had four hitters with five or more kills.
