The coin toss

Each year, we are amazed at how prices have increased on food and other items we purchase. Inflation causes these price increases, but now there is more to this game than just things costing more.

The use of money, that green stuff we carry around in our wallets, is diminishing. People now use debit cards and credit cards for most of their purchases.

“What’s in your wallet?” is the question of a popular commercial, but they are not expecting the answer to be something green. The answer would be something plastic.
