Madera’s Board of Supervisors took time to recognize several of its own as congratulations and appreciation went to a staff member who announced her departure at the end of this week.Â
Introductions were also made to two of the Madera County Sheriff Department’s newest additions and, finally, special recognition was given to some of Madera County’s youngest talent in Madera County Library’s recent Story Walk writing contest, during the regularly scheduled Tuesday meeting in downtown Madera.Â
Starting off during the public comment of the meeting, Supervisor Leticia Gonzalez of District Four, took a moment to show her appreciation for the hard work and dedication provided by her Chief of Staff, Karla Estupinian.Â
