Stuffing isn't just for turkey

There are many delicious ways to use stuffing of all types.
Even though I am pretty much a traditionalist when it comes to holiday meals, once in a while I enjoy a chance to change things up in the kitchen.
Take stuffing, sometimes called dressing, as an example. It is my favorite food dish on the Thanksgiving table. I like to make it with the dry bread cubes, homemade cornbread (not the sweet cake-like kind), some turkey broth, lots of celery, onion and butter and seasoned with poultry seasoning.
Sometimes I have added some cooked, chopped chestnuts. I know people who add black olives, bacon, sausage, rice, raisins and all sorts of other things. It just depends on what you and your family and friends prefer.
