Stallions come together for win

The Madera South Stallions baseball team finally got a game where all three phases played together for an 8-1 victory over the Matilda Torres Toros.


David Moles tossed a complete game Tuesday. He scattered five hits and struck out five for the Stallions. Jose Velasquez suffered the loss for the Toros. He allowed four runs over five innings. 


The Stallions banged out a season-high 11 hits in the win. Knox Flores led the team with three hits and four RBIs. Jeremiah Montes and Moles hit triples and Carlos Vanegas hit a double.
