Scouting America Troop 116 (Malicious Manatees Patrol) attended the 33rd annual Klondike Derby at Camp Chawanakee at Shaver Lake.
More than 300 scouts participated in the two night campout during the last weekend of February.
Klondike is held during the winter and is based on the heritage of the Klondike Gold Rush. With or without snow, the weekend begins with sledding in all necessary gear and supplies.
