Orchard crash a result of DUI

A concerned motorist reported a Ford Fusion weaving and driving off the roadway, in the area of westbound Avenue 12 and Road 40 last Wednesday at about 8 p.m.

The Ford was then reported to have crashed into an orchard.

During the investigation, it was determined a 42-year-old woman from Madera was driving a white Ford Fusion westbound on Avenue 12.
