Offense struggles in baseball loss

The Madera Coyotes baseball team was limited to just two hits in a 4-2 loss to the Mission Oak Hawks in the Central Baseball Classic at Mel Parker Field on Friday.
Aiden Lechuga hit, and scored, on a lead-off triple in the first, and Eric Nelson hit a double in the third inning for Madera’s lone hits. They left eight runners on base, including the bases loaded in the second.
Madera pitching enough to get the win. Starter Mark Huarte allowed one run on two hits over the first 3 2/3 innings.
